* How can I contact customer service?

You can send us a message through our “contact us” page or an email at info@yazones.com or through our Facebook and Instagram pages.

* What do I do if the product is only delivered in a certain country?

if you have a shop & ship account with Aramex, for example, or anything similar then you can update your address to that and have it shipped there and they will take care of the rest for you.

* How long does it take for my order to arrive?  

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: . All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers’ warehouses to the destination. Domestic deliveries take from 3 – 8 business days while international deliveries usually take a total of about 7 – 25 business days depending on the destinations and customs regulations.

* You are missing a size and\or a color on YAZONES! How can I be informed when it is available again?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all items’ variants’ are always available. But if you subscribe to our newsletter then you will be updated with all our new products and offers.

* I don’t have a PayPal account?

We have 2 payment methods. The first is PayPal and the second is Accept.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account if you wish to pay through it. You can simply proceed to checkout and after that it will take you to a PayPal page where you can pay as a guest using the full security of PayPal.

* If after I buy a product it went on sale can I be credited the deference?

I am afraid not

* A product on YAZONES is cheaper on another site! Can you reduce your price?

There are a lot of factors that go in the pricing of each product but in no case the rates of other store is one of them.

* An item that I just received is defected what should I do?

* Can I use two promo codes together?

I am afraid not, as promotions cannot be combined.

* Can I use a promo code while a sitewide promotion is running?

Promotions cannot be combined.

* I tried a promo code that didn’t work? What can I do?

We reserve the right to enable or disable codes depending on several factors. Some codes are made for one time use only. So you can subscribe to our newsletter and stay up to date with all our promotions as we do them.

* How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

As much as that saddens us here at YAZONES you can just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter and you will be removed instantly.
